Thank you for shopping at Gulf Art Gallery. We take pride in our quality products and strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns and Exchanges:
We understand that sometimes an artwork may be damaged during transit or there may be a problem with the artwork that you receive. If this is the case, we will offer an exchange or fix the artwork at no additional cost to you. However, please note that we only offer exchanges or fixes for damaged or broken items. We do not offer refunds.
In the event that you receive a damaged or broken item, please contact Gulf Art Gallery via WhatsApp or call us within 24 hours of receiving the artwork. After this time frame has expired, we do not offer any exchange or refunds.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
We recommend using normal dry wipes to clean the frames at home and avoid any alcoholic cleaners for cleaning purposes. Our artworks are delicate and need to be treated with care. We also recommend treating the artwork as a fragile item during travels or shifting places, so the artwork is not thrown from heights or put under weights of any sort.
